We must prepare in advance for each appointment to ensure our customers get the best service possible, and with that comes, time, expense and labor. Please do not inconvenience our staff and other clients by cancelling the day of, or not showing up. We charge a $25 fee for clients that do not show up for their appointments or cancel the day of the scheduled appointment. *However, while we still appreciate you letting us know if you must cancel, Appointments or Seminars that are offered free of charge for our customers will not be charged a cancellation fee.
